Love my nails, never had a bad experience once - and I come almost every month! Customers complaining about the wait time should simply go when the salon is quieter, like weekend early mornings. Obviously weekday evenings are busiest because a lot of people are coming after work... it's expected. Also if there's an issue with your nails or something you don't like - TALK about it while you're still there to give technicians a chance to recover the experience!

didnt really like how my French SNS came out, usually you’re supposed to file it after because theirs bumps and now my fingers have dents.

I’ve discovered this nail salon few weeks ago and it’s been such a great experience that I’m making this my biweekly selfcare ritual. The place is spotless, the staff super friendly and they do amazing job. Anna and Nancy were the two techs I’ve received my services from and would highly recommend them for their level of service and precision. Thanks!
